Reiki Music

The Reiki Music by Brainsage consists of ambient music and relaxing sounds designed to be a background tool for your Reiki, Yoga or meditation session. The first track is embedded with 7.83 Hz Brainwave pulses, also know as the Schumann Resonance or Earth's frequency. The second track has the pure sound of tibetan singing bowls. The third and fourth tracks have pure nature sounds of river and wind.

Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Some benefits of reaching the theta state may include healing, deep levels of relaxation, peak levels of creativity, learning and improved memory. Theta brainwaves are associated to inner guidance, visualization, intuition and dreams. Schumann Resonance refers to the frequency of the electromagnetic field of the earth and this is called the Earth Resonance Frequency. This frequency was discovered by the physicist Winfried Otto Schumann and calculated at 7.83 hertz. For that reason this frequency is called the Schumann Resonance and is important because is the frequency in which all the beings on earth harmonize with.
