ASMR Sleep

ASMR Sleep
ASMR, which stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, It describes a feeling of euphoric tingling and relaxation that can come over someone when people watch certain videos or hears certain sounds like soft voices or whispers. The term was popularized by Jennifer Allen, a cybersecurity professional.

There are two ways that people can experience ASMR: through simple meditation or just thinking about a scene or sound that pleases you. You can also experience it through watching a video or listening to a music.

ASMR Triggers:
  • Isolated sounds:  clear sound without any interfering noises
  • Slow paced sounds
  • Consistent volume
  • whispering
  • Scratching, tapping and brushing
  • Blowing
  • Physical touch
Almost all people can experience it and it is just the matter of finding out your personal ASMR triggers.

Helping people to fall asleep is one of the most widely reported uses for ASMR videos and ASMR triggers. Listen to a deep ambient music embedded with brainwave pulses is an excellent way to trigger ASMR.
