Altered States

The Altered States was designed to help you get into a meditative state of mind with a relaxing ambient music, tribal conga drums and soothing wind sounds. It is embedded with Isochronic Theta Tones pulsating at 4.5 Hz. This frequency have been used to access altered states of mind in shamanic rituals, tibetan mantras and buddhist chants.

Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where  affirmations and hypnosis are most effective. Some benefits of reaching the theta state may include healing, deep levels of relaxation, peak levels of creativity, learning and improved memory. Theta brainwaves are associated to inner guidance, visualization, intuition and dreams.

Fill your mind with this beautiful tribal music while your brain moves through Theta waves.

Luau

The Luau album has 45 minutes of tribal drums together with fire crackling sounds and beach waves sounds. It is embedded with 4.5 Hz Theta brainwave pulses.

External rhythms like drumming can influence the body's own internal rhythms. Rhythm has been used for thousands of years as a means to create and maintain health and well being. When these rhythms are administered correctly, they may be used to affect the emotions, pain levels, nervous system and organ function. This technique has been used for thousands of years to treat a variety of conditions. When the brain is presented with a rhythmic stimulus like drums or light pulses, the rhythm is reflected in the brain. If the rhythm becomes consistent enough, it can start to resemble the natural internal rhythms of the brain, called brainwaves. When this happens, the brain responds by synchronizing its own electric cycles to the same rhythm. This is commonly called the Frequency Following Response.

Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where  affirmations and hypnosis are most effective.

Relax your mind and body and enjoy the soothing sounds of Nature while you sync your mind with the deep Theta state. The Luau album is a great album for relaxation, meditation and hypnosis.

African Drums

The African Drums album consists of three tracks with drumming sounds. It was designed to help you relax and achive a meditative state of mind through rhythmic stimulation. Each track is embedded with Isochronic tones pulsing at an especific frequency (Alpha, Theta or Gamma).

When the brain is presented with a rhythmic stimulus like drums or light pulses, the rhythm is reflected in the brain. Studies have shown that rhythmic sounds have a profound effect on brain activity. In shamanic traditions, drums were used in periodic rhythm to transport the shaman into other realms of reality. The vibrations from this constant rhythm affected the brain in a very specific manner, allowing the shaman to achieve an altered state of mind.

It is designed to help us to achieve a a deep and relaxed state of consciousness. This deep state calms the mind and allows for an altered state which can be used for shamanic journeying, meditation, trance and healing.

For thousands of years, drums have been used to communicate, to accompany dances and to change the consciousness of individuals and groups. Vibrations from rhythmic sounds affect brain activity, studies have shown. Since the dawn of history, shamans have used rhythmic drumming to attain altered states of consciousness.

Stonehenge Sounds

The Stonehenge Sounds album was designed to help you achieve relaxation and altered states of consciousness through 10.4 Hz Alpha brainwave pulses and 5.2 Hz Theta drumming.

In the first track you hear the sound of drumming at 5.2 Hz without music, just the sound of night crickets in the background. In the second track you hear the sound of mysterious and soothing music embedded with 10.4 Hz brainwave pulses. The third track has another calming music embedded with 5.4 Hz brainwave pulses and some wind sounds in the background.

It is based on analysis of acoustics of Stonehenge from archaeological plans that indicate echoes and resonance at the centre of the circle heard as semi-quavers at 156bpm (equivalent to 10.4Hz) or as semi-quavers (at 5.2Hz) at the edge.
