Relativity - Alpha Dissociation Brainwave Program

The Relativity album is an Alpha dissociative program designed to help you relax and reduce your mental noise. It uses a technique called dissociation (slighty different brainwaves are presented to each ear) which is particularly useful for people who are restless and have trouble relaxing.

Mental noise is the constant chatter of the mind that never stops. It is the inner conversation or inner monologue that goes on constantly in the mind.

The album has a soothing and enigmatic ambient music embedded with Alpha Isochronic Tones. Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations. Most people experience this state just after waking and right before sleep.

Stereo headphones are required.

City Soundscapes

Vegas Night

The Vegas Night album was designed to help you boost your focus and attentive habilites in a casino mood with several sounds of slot machines, poker chips, cards shuffling and people chattering -  you will actually feel like you are in a Las Vegas casino. The album is embedded with SMR Isochronic tones, a subtype of the Beta frequency.

The Beta brainwave state is associated with a heightened state of alertness and focused concentration. So individuals in this state are awake and alert. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day.

Stimulating beta activity can improve our emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration. Sensorimotor Response or SMR is a low Beta brainwave that can produce a relaxed focus and improved attentive ability.
