A Time For Myself

A Time For Yourself is a 30 minute session designed to help you relax and take care of yourself with soothing ambient musc, tibetan singing bowls and Alpha brainwave tones.

There is too much emphasis these days on productivity, on hyperefficiency, on squeezing the most production out of every last minute. People are working longer hours, constantly checking their inboxes, constantly focused on getting more done.

People have forgotten how to relax and enjoy life. Taking time for yourself will give you an opportunity to regain balance, to breathe, to relax the body and clear the mind.
