The Excitatory album is an 35 minute session designed to boost your energy, helping to improve the symptoms of depression, fatigue and lack of motivation. It uses Beta and Gamma Isochronic Tones together with sound effects of electric discharges.

The Beta brainwave state is associated with a heightened state of alertness and focused concentration. So individuals in this state are awake and alert. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day. Stimulating beta activity can improve our emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration.

Gamma brainwaves are associated with problem solving and are involved in higher mental activity and consolidation of information..
