Starlight

The Starlight album is designed to help you guide your mind down to the deep Theta state and them return to the relaxing Alpha state. There are no background music, just pure Harmonic Box X tones and various space sound effects.

The Harmonic Box X tones incorporates both monaural and binaural beats, in a harmonic formation. Due to the fact that it uses Binaural Beats it is necessary to wear stereo headphones.

Alpha is the first brainwave pattern that can be reached during the meditation practice and is associated with increased creativity, improved the immune system and positive thinking. Theta is associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deeper relaxation, daydreaming and intuition. 

Protocol description:

First track: Ramp down from 10 Hz Alpha to 5.5 Hz Theta
Second track: Ramp up from 5.5 Hz Theta to 10 Hz Alpha
