Beta & Gamma Energizer
The Beta & Gamma Energizer is a session with pure Isochronic Tones designed to energize and motivate the listener, relieving the symptoms of fatigue. It ramps from 18 Hz Beta to 40 Hz Gamma in 30 minutes. There are no background music, just pure Isochronic Tones tuned at 160 Hz.Beta brainwave have a stimulating effect and are also are involved in conscious thought, logical thinking. Having the right amount of beta waves allows us to focus and concentrate more easily. Having too much beta may lead to stress and/or anxiety.
