Isolation Chamber

The Isolation Chamber by Technomind has 30 minutes of deep ambient music together with water sounds embedded with Alpha, Theta and Beta brainwave stimulation, starting with 10 Hz Alpha, ramping down to the deep 4.5 Hz Theta where it stays for 20 minutes and finally ramping up to 12 Hz Lower Beta at the end of the session. It was designed to help you deeply relax and de-stress and was inspired by the isolation tank wich is a lightless, soundproof tank with high epsom salt content filled with salt water at skin temperature, in which individuals float. They were first used in 1954 to test the effects of sensory deprivation.
