Mild Sensory Deprivation: Ganzfeld Effect

The Mild Sensory Deprivation - Ganzfeld Effect album by Brainsage has 30 minutes of arctic wind sounds together with white noise sounds. It is embedded with Theta Isochronic Tones and was designed to help you relax, de-stress and mask unwanted external sounds.

The Ganzfeld) effect happens when the sensory system is steadily overloaded with a uniform signal (in this case sound). When the condition persists while the brain keeps on trying to manage the situation, hallucinatory images can appear.

Theta Waves have been associated with states of enhanced creativity, learning, deep relaxation, daydreaming and sleep. Theta is also known as a highly suggestible state, where  affirmations and hypnosis are most effective. Some benefits of reaching the theta state may include healing, deep levels of relaxation, peak levels of creativity, learning and improved memory. Theta brainwaves are associated to inner guidance, visualization, intuition and dreams.
