The Spirit Wilds Profound Meditations album has a set o three tracks with drone-like bassy sounds specially designed to help you achive a deep and meditative state of mind with Delta and Epsilon Isochronic Tones. A drone is a kind of sound where a note or chord is continuously sounded throughout most or all of a piece. It's continuous and sometime monotonous characteristic is great to keep you relaxed and focused without the distractions that music can cause.
Delta brainwaves are associated with deep sleep, unconscious awareness and a state of empathy. Recently the brainwaves below 0.5Hz have been classified as a separate band called Epsilon. These very slow brainwaves are associated with mystical states of consciousness, anti-aging and rejuvenation.
