The Hyper Sleep Loops album by Brainsage has a collection of three white noise tracks embedded with Isochronic Tones designed to help you sleep. Just relax and enjoy. You may want to set it to loop as well.
What is white noise?
White noise is a combination of all of the different frequencies of sound. Like the color white, which is made up of all colors of the light spectrum, white noise is made up of all frequencies on the sound spectrum. Examples of white noise include the sound of ocean waves, a rain shower, a waterfall, the wind blowing through the trees and the hum of a fan.
White Noise tracklist:
1. White Noise Delta Sleep - Brown noise embedded with 3 Hz Delta Isochronic Tones. The brown noise sound is similar to white noise sound but at a lower frequency.
2. Pink Noise Delta Sleep - Pink noises embedded with 2 Hz Delta Isochronic Tones. The pink Noise is similar to White Noise, except that we have to think in terms of octaves. Pink noise is equal energy per octave rather than equal energy per frequency.
3. White Noise Delta Sleep - White noise embedded with 1 Hz Delta Isochroic Tones.
