The Raise Your Spirit album by Technomind has 30 minutes of uplifting ambient music embedded with Alpha and Beta Isochronic Tones. It was designed to boost your mood by reducing the activity in the right brain hemisphere with Alpha Isochronic Tones, while increasing activity in the left with Beta Isochronic Tones, giving more control over to the left brain and reducing irrational and overly emotional thought patterns.
