Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed or while daydreaming. Alpha is the first brainwave pattern that can be reached during the meditation practice and is associated with increased creativity, improved the immune system and release of serotonin. The Beta brainwave state is associated with a heightened state of alertness and focused concentration. Some benefits of increased Beta brainwaves may include positive thoughts, energy boost, think logical and quickly and high levels of focus.
A determined heart can accomplish anything. All things are possible to a motivated mind!
