Extraterrestrial

The Extraterrestrial is a 45 min album inspired by these beings from outer space, especially the intelligent ones. It has a warm ambient music, singing bowls and several sci-fi sounds effects like spaceships, alien technology sounds and space ambience. It is embedded with Gamma brainwave pulses (the first 15 minutes) and Alpha brainwave pulses (the last 30 minutes)

Gamma brainwaves are associated with problem solving and are involved in higher mental activity and consolidation of information. Gamma waves are related to meditation and the heightened sense of consciousness, bliss, and intellectual acuity. They are the fastest brainwaves frequencies and are associated to the language skills and better cognitive abilities.

Alpha brainwaves represent a state of relaxed mental awareness. You are in this mental state early in the morning, when your mind and body are relaxed  or while daydreaming. This state enhances the sharpness of visualization techniques, and also makes the mind more receptive to affirmations

The Extraterrestrial is the perfect soundscape for a meditative and focused experience in a sci-fi ahmosphere.
