The Ganzfeld Effect

The Ganzfeld Effect is a technique to stimulate mental imagery and altered states of mind using visual deprivation, in which a subject is situated in a uniform visual field by wearing translucent, monochromatic goggles and in an analogous audio field using white noise playing through headphones. The album has 60 minutes of white noise sound embedded with Alpha Isochronic Tones to help you relax, look inward and expand your consciousness as you listen to the repetitive static-like sound in the background.

It was designed to simulate a sensory deprivation in wich your mind will become free to explore new states of perception and experience visual mental imagery. It is also a great tool for masking unwanted external noises like traffic sounds and people talking.
