Athletic Performance

This session helps the mind emulate the zone state by first bringing the user to a state of profound relaxation, and while still relaxed introducing Beta waves to produce the zone state, as well as build energy and motivation. There are no background music, just white noise with Isochronic Tones.

Using this session will help you familiarize with the zone state and help you build the right mental attitude prior to an athletic event or workout. Use it with your own visualization techniques.
