The Sacred Geometry album by Brainwave Binaural Systems has 30 minutes of soft ambient music embedded with Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta Isochronic Tones together with Singing Bowls Sounds. Starting with Beta, the embedded frequenies are drecreasing according to the Fibonacci numbers: 13 HZ, 8 HZ, 5 Hz, 3 Hz and finally go down to 1.62 Hz Delta.
