Shamanic Dream by Technomind is a 74 min album embedded with 4.5 Hz brainwaves. It helps you to achieve a shamanic state of consciousness because of the rhythm of the primitive drums. This frequency have been used to access altered states of mind in shamanic rituals, tibetan mantras and buddhist chants.
Studies have shown that rhythmic sounds have a profound effect on brain activity. In shamanic traditions, drums were used in periodic rhythm to transport the shaman into other realms of reality. The vibrations from this constant rhythm affected the brain in a very specific manner, allowing the shaman to achieve an altered state of mind.
This album is great to deep meditation and relaxation aid. You will be able to forget your troubles while listening to this track. Allow your brain to reach a theta state of mind when you are awake.

What a beautiful dream
"Technomind does it again! While many of Technomind's binaural albums are great for unwinding, this one sort of steps it up a notch. This MP3 is great for meditating and for deep relaxation, almost bordering on sleep-inducing. It's soft droning rhythm and theta-wave inducing binaural tones combine with earthy aboriginal sounds for a great album perfect for getting away from work, the neighbors, the kids, whatever stress you have. Some Technomind albums have a running time of 20-25 minutes, but this one is full album length of 45 minutes, which cannot be beat for only .89 cents. Great stuff!"
